HOW DOES INVISALIGN WORK?
Invisalign aligners are worn for approximately two weeks and are only removed for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing. When an aligner is replaced by the next in a series, teeth are gradually moved each week until they reach their final positions. Visit your orthodontist once every six weeks to ensure treatment is progressing as planned. The average number of aligners worn during treatment is 18-30. Total treatment time is 9-15 months.
