Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM)

The Cosmetic Injectables for Dentists Program is a comprehensive course designed for beginners in the field of dental aesthetics or for dentists who are willing to add this service to their current list of procedures.

In this course, you will get introduced to the most common botox and PRP treatments for aesthetic and therapeutic uses in the oral and maxillofacial areas which is in the scope of practice of dentists. We will provide a full understanding of the products as well as how to administer them safely for your client in order to receiving most effective results.

This course includes 2 full days. Each day starts with theory and continues with a hands-on practical component supervised by our expert physicians and professionals.

Day 1: phlebotomy and PRP therapy training for dentists (training also provided to one dental staff member designated by each student)
Day 2: botulinum toxin training for dentists, other than the cosmetic approach will also include the management of the following conditions: 
✓ TMJ pain
✓ Masseter reduction
✓ Bruxism and Grinding
✓ Tension headache – Temporalis and Frontalis relaxation

This course will provide you with the essential knowledge and technical skills required to integrate non-surgical cosmetic treatments in your dental clinic and deliver a safe and outstanding service to your clients. 

By completing this course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Dentists will also be designated as CBAM Certified Members.
