Who We Are

Aarm Dental Group was founded in 1985 by Dr. Jim Armstrong. Jim is a graduate of the dental school at the University of British Columbia. Jim is a fanatic about fishing, skiing, mountain biking and, of course, his family. Jim’s vision for Aarm was a group of like minded professionals who are dedicated to private practice, but maintain an “academic orientation” through life long participation in graduate training programs. Many Aarm dental partners also teach at dental schools or international/national dental organizations.

Dr. David Perizzolo

Dr. Perizzolo is a graduate from Temple University School of Dentistry in Pennsylvania. He is born and raised in Vancouver, BC receiving a Bachelor and a Master’s degree at the University of British Columbia. His Master’s was in implant-topography. He has interests in cosmetic and restorative dentistry as well as oral surgery. He graduated dental school with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude). He is a member of the BCDA, CDA, ADA, and the Academy of General Dentist. He worked in a general practice for over a year in the States. During his time in Pennsylvania he volunteered at local out reach programs to children teaching the importance of oral hygiene. A Whistler Resident with his wife Melissa, son Derek, daughters Isabella and Angelina, and their dog Luna. He enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing and hunting on his free time.
