Born and raised in southern Alberta, Ryan Johnson, DMD received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University. In 2002, Ryan attended Temple University in Philadelphia, where he studied Dentistry. He excelled at Temple University, one of the oldest Dental Schools in North America. It maintains some of the highest requirements for hands on experience in the United States and Canada.

Upon graduation from Dental School, Ryan returned to Alberta and enjoyed three years of practicing dentistry at “Today’s Dental” in Edmonton. However, the opportunity to buy his own practice and the appeal of living close to family and friends brought him back to southern Alberta in 2009.

Dr. Ryan Johnson is an artist and considers himself a true cosmetic Dentist. He finds personal satisfaction in all elements of his work. From shaping the smallest filling to complete smile designs. Dr. Johnson believes that a Dentist’s integrity is reflected particularly in the work no one sees. In fact, Dr. JOhnson’s passion for detail led to a hobby in designing and crafting jewelry, often using common dental materials.

Dr. Johnson’s calm and caring nature allows for a wonderful rapport with young and old alike. Our office is dedicated to providing a positive and rewarding experience for all patients.

Dr. Johnson considers it his responsibility as Lethbridge Dentist to stay current with the rapidly changing science and materials in dentistry. He invests a great deal of time and energy towards continuing education for himself and his team. His vision is to establish a true family practice where patients can expect a long term relationship built on trust and quality care.
