Who We Are

Welcome to the dental office of Dr. Daniel Sun. Conveniently located within the Health Centre of Maple, Dr. Sun has been providing comprehensive dental care to his patients in a calm and relaxing atmosphere for many years. Our practice philosophy is simple: Help each patient achieve the best possible oral health in the most comfortable environment we can provide. We believe good oral health is a vital part of great overall health.

Dr. Daniel Sun

A graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry at The University of Western Ontario in 1999, Dr. Sun has been incorporating new technologies and treatment modalities in his daily practice ever since. He is a strong believer of “life-long learning”, and is always trying to stay at the forefront of dentistry. Dr. Sun firmly believes that if one was to excel at what he/she does, one must continuously pursue the knowledge from the best clinicians in the world. This is the reason why he spends more than 250 hours on continuing education either abroad or locally in order to learn from the best. Our patients often benefit from these new technologies and treatment methods that they are constantly referring their friends and family to our practice. “I believe the best compliment from a patient is the referral they send. We value the support from our patients and we always treat them like family. Everyone on our team understands that SUCCESS IS BUILT ON THE SATISFACTION OF EACH AND EVERY PATIENT. Patient’s comfort and well-being is why we we call ourselves dental professionals!” With patient’s comfort in mind, Dr. Sun has recently started providing sedation dentistry (sleep dentistry) to our patients. Dr. Sun is certified to use all 3 modes of sedation (IV sedation, Oral sedation, and Nitrous Oxide) and can provide a wide-range of services to patients based on their needs. He is very excited at the opportunity of being able to treat more patients who have a phobia for dentistry, therefore improving their access to dental care and their overall health.
